Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers
- 1 lb lean ground beef or bison
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (- chopped)

- kosher salt & fresh cracked black pepper (- to taste)
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
