  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers (- soaked in water for 30 mins)

Marinate The Chicken

  1. In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. Place the chicken cubes in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated.

  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Cook The Skewers

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using charcoal, wait until the coals are covered with white ash before cooking.
